Ingredients

3 oeufs
300 g sucre cristallisé
200 g amandes entières
150 g raisins secs
2 cuil à soupe d'anis écrasé au rouleau
300 g farine

Cooking Instructions

Battre les oeufs et le sucre en mousse Ajouter le reste Etaler sur 1 cm environ Cuire 30 minutes à 150 ° (th 5) Découper encore chaud en losanges ou en carrés (ça marche très bien au mixer).
