500 gr. d'amandes en poudre
300 gr. de sucre
250 gr. de chocolat mi-amer rÃ¢pÃ©
3 c. Ã soupe de kirsch

MÃ©langer rapidement. Sur une table de travail saupoudrÃ©e de sucre : faire une abaisse d'un cm. dÃ©couper des coeurs Ã l'emporte-piÃ¨ces, laisser 24 h.avant de les manger (c'est le plus difficile).
