115 gr d'eau
125 gr de farine
100 gr de beurre
4 oeufs
200 gr de gruyÃ¨re rÃ¢pÃ©
Sel

Faire chauffer l'eau et le beurre. Quand Ã§a bout, ajouter la farine en 1 seule fois. Faire sÃ©cher sur le feu pour que la pÃ¢te se dÃ©tache de la casserole, puis ajouter les oeufs un Ã un et enfin le gruyÃ¨re rÃ¢pÃ©. Cuire Ã th. 6
