Tomates
Ail
Sel, poivre
Herbes de Provence

Cooking Instructions

Couper les tomates en deux, mettre dessus de l'ail haché finement, du sel, du poivre, des herbes de Provence. Faire cuire à la poêle avec de l'huile d'olive très, très longtemps (environ 1 h.30). Les retourner plusieurs fois. En fin de cuisson, enlever le couvercle pour réduire le jus. Les tomates doivent être confites
