Ingredients

Blancs de poireaux
Beurre
Farine
Arbois rosé
Sel, poivre

Cooking Instructions

Couper des blancs de poireaux en tronçons. Les dorer au beurre. Ajouter un peu de farine et, sans laisser roussir, mouiller d'arbois rosé. Saler, poivrer. Laisser mijoter deux heures
