Cooking Instructions

Les faire blanchir, les égoutter, les couper en rondelles. Faire chauffer du beurre, mettre les carottes et, celles-ci-revenues, les fariner légèrement. Mouiller d'eau tiède, saler, poivrer, ajouter un morceau de sucre et faire réduire complètement.
