Ingredients

4 jaunes d'oeufs
80 g de sucre
2 dl de vin blanc (sec)

Cooking Instructions

Mélanger en mousse les jaunes d'oeufs et le sucre dans une casserole émaillée ou chromée. Ajouter le vin et battre vivement en chauffant. Enlever juste avant que la cuisson commence. La masse doit être très légère. Servir encore chaud dans des verres hauts.
