Cooking Instructions

Oignons hachés revenus au beurre belle couleur blonde; mouiller vin blanc; réduire; ajouter les tomates fraîches, la purée de tomates et la pointe d'ail; passer et beurrer; ajouter le persil. Faire réchauffer les flageolets dans cette sauce.
