Ingredients

2 cuill. à soupe de moutarde
40 gr de beurre
Jus d'un demi-citron
Zeste d'un citron râpé
2 cuill. à soupe de câpres

Cooking Instructions

Mêler tous les ingrédients à l'exception des câpres et chauffer à feu doux en remuant jusqu'à ce que la sauce prenne consistance. Arrêter le feu et ajouter les câpres. Napper les filets de poisson ou de volaille et servir (ou maintenir au chaud au four th. 2)
