1/2 litre de roux brun
3 cl de madÃ¨re

Faire un roux brun, ajouter 2 cuillÃ¨res Ã soupe de madÃ¨re. Laisser cuire doucement pendant 1/2 heure. 5 minutes avant de servir ajouter encore 1 cuillÃ¨re de madÃ¨re.
