Ingredients

cuillère à soupe de beurre
1 petit oignon émincé fin
500 g d'épinards en branches
Fromage râpé à volonté
Un peu de beurre noisette

Cooking Instructions

Trier et laver les épinards. Faire fondre le beurre, y faire revenir l'oignon émincé, ajouter les épinards et les laisser étuver (on peut utiliser des épinards surgelés!). Dresser dans un plat chaud. Saupoudrer de fromage râpé et arroser de beurre noisette (= beurre fondu légèrement doré)
