Cooking Instructions

Cuire les pommes de terre au four, les éplucher et les piler avec du fromage blanc (200 g par kg). Ajouter 2 oeufs entiers battus avec une grande cuillerée de farine, mélanger et mettre dans un plat à gratin bien graissé de saindoux. Faire gratiner au four.
