Ingredients

6 tranches de pain de campagne un peu rassis
300 gr de cantal jeune
1 tasse de lait
1 oeuf
50 gr de beurre
Sel, poivre

Cooking Instructions

Dans une petite terrine battre l'oeuf en omelette. Ajouter le lait, sel et poivre. Beurrer les tranches de pain, les tremper une à une dans le mélange oeuf-lait, les égoutter. Beurrer un plat allant au four. Le garnir des tranches de pain. Recouvrir de cantal émincé et passer 10 minutes à four très chaud (240 °C, thermostat 8). Servir très chaud.
